This unique program brings together Baylor Latinx students and Adelante: First Year Experience Alumni who are in their sophomore-senior year at Baylor, to provide mentorship for the incoming Adelante First Year Experience cohort while also actively engaging in campus and community leadership opportunities.

The Latino/a/x Student Success Initiative (LSSI) Team, which is comprised of Baylor faculty, staff, and student leaders with a passion to serve all Baylor students, provides a central hub for communication, collaboration, and information to better facilitate synergistic initiatives regarding Latino/a/x issues.
