The Male Success Initiative will provide programming support geared to supporting its members with being prepared and equipped to apply for internships, research opportunities, and further. Our program emphasizes group and individual opportunities to explore avenues that would enhance their long-term goals in both the industry or for graduate study.

Cultural & Social Engagement
Cultural and social engagement is a key component to students feeling connected to their college campus, influencing retention. As a member of the Male Success Initiative, students will have the opportunity to engage in events that will encourage networking with campus male faculty and staff of color and engage in conversations and dialogue around cultural identity.
